In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare a creamy risotto from scratch. We’ll focus on building flavor, perfecting texture, and incorporating fresh spring vegetables for a bright, seasonal dish. We’ll pair finished risotto with shrimp and a simple, flavorful sauce to create a complete, restaurant-worthy meal.

Please note: all class purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class may receive a credit in the form of a Café Eugenia gift card for the ticket price excluding processing fees.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for credits. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
