In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to make sweet and savory tarts from scratch, starting with perfectly flaky pastry dough. We’ll walk through the techniques behind mixing and handling dough, then you’ll get your hands dirty creating your own quiche and rustic galette using seasonal fillings. You’ll leave with both tarts to enjoy at home, along with the confidence to make them again.

Please note: all class purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class may receive a credit in the form of a Café Eugenia gift card for the ticket price excluding processing fees.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for credits. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
