In this hands-on baking class, you’ll learn the essentials of making tender, buttery scones from scratch. We’ll explore the techniques for creating light, flaky scones and prepare both a sweet and a savory variation, giving you the confidence to recreate them at home with your own seasonal twists.

Please note: all class purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class may receive a credit in the form of a Café Eugenia gift card for the ticket price excluding processing fees.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for credits. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
